I find myself constantly inspired by the designs that surround me in my daily life. I question their appearance, design choices, and the thought process behind creating the final products we see. Rather than being in the spotlight, I aspire to work behind the scenes to help build the spotlight for a client or brand. I want to be a part of the hidden production process that creates the products consumers are presented with. I have experience working with clients, creating products such as posters, album covers, tote bags, hoodies, etc. I am excited to learn more at ArtCenter, developing and refining my skills to move closer to becoming a Creative Director like Min Heejin, whom I aspire to emulate.

 

While I may not be the most verbal person, I am a great listener and observer with a heightened awareness of my surroundings. Someone once told me that perseverance and maintaining passion are the attitudes that lead to success, and I deeply resonate with that motto. Upon being accepted into the Creative Direction major, I will demonstrate perseverance in striving to improve, learn, reflect, and enhance my design skills during my time at ArtCenter.
